2. Free Delivery and Installation
2.1 Lagos Area
Free delivery and installation are available within Lagos when the customer’s total purchase amount reaches ₦400,000.
- Applies to all urban and suburban areas within Lagos State
- Includes standard delivery and professional installation
- No additional charges for assembly services
2.2 Other Major Cities
When a customer’s total purchase amount reaches ₦2,000,000, free delivery and installation are available for urban areas in the following cities:
- Abuja
- Kano
- Ibadan
- Port Harcourt
- Ogun
This service covers delivery to urban/metropolitan areas within these cities. For deliveries to suburban or rural areas, additional charges may apply.
2.3 Orders Below ₦400,000
If the customer’s total payment for selected products is less than ₦400,000, a delivery and installation fee will be charged.
The exact fee depends on:
- Delivery location
- Size and weight of items
- Number of items requiring installation
- Accessibility of delivery address

3. Delivery Process
3.1 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with estimated delivery time.

- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Installation Services
4.1 What’s Included
Our professional installation service includes:
- Unpacking and inspection of all items
- Assembly of furniture (where applicable)
- Placement of furniture in your desired location
- Removal of packaging materials
- Basic demonstration of product features (for applicable items)
4.2 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth installation:
- Clear the area where furniture will be installed
- Ensure adequate access for delivery personnel and furniture
- Inform us of any access restrictions (stairs, narrow doorways, elevator limitations)
- Be present during delivery and installation to confirm placement
4.3 Installation Limitations
Please note:
- Installation does not include electrical or plumbing work
- Wall mounting services may incur additional charges
- Custom modifications are not included in standard installation
- Installation in hard-to-access areas may require additional fees
5. Inspection and Acceptance
5.1 Upon Delivery
- Please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
- Check for any visible damage, defects, or missing parts.
- Report any issues immediately to the delivery personnel.
5.2 Reporting Damage
If you discover damage after delivery:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved
- We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
6.1 Unavailability
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability:
- We will attempt to contact you to reschedule
- A second delivery attempt will be made at no additional charge
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees
6.2 Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- Re-delivery charges will apply
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order
7. Large and Bulky Items

For large furniture items (such as conference tables, large desks, sectional sofas):

- Please inform us of any access limitations at your delivery location
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring special equipment or extra personnel
7.2 Building Access
For office buildings and high-rise apartments:
- Coordinate with building management for loading dock access if available
- Ensure elevator availability for large items
- Inform us if deliveries must be made during specific hours
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS

- We will notify you when your delivery is out for delivery
9. Cancellations and Changes
