In a bid to achieve smooth, confident and reliable producer-consumer relationship, Lifemate furniture on Thursday 05, September 2019, held a communication meeting with her dealers, suppliers and business partners of the company from around Nigeria converged at the Head Office showroom situated at Oregun, Ikeja in Lagos. The real motive of the meeting according to the Lifemate management was to further reintegrate and embalm new collaborators to services rendered by the Lifemate company, her journey so far, how Lifemate has been able to remain in business, delivering top notch and quality furniture products to the Nigerian populace.
The event started at about twelve noon with guests seated at the Home Furniture section of the Lifemate Head Office showroom, the event, compered by ace Nollywood producer and actor Mr. Christopher Iheuwa – the event commenced with observation of the Chinese and Nigerian National Anthem after which a documentary video showing the journey of Lifemate Furniture since inception and how it have ventured into the African market, to become an integral practitioner in the furniture manufacturing industry. A presentation by Chinese Sales Representative, Ms. Christa proceeded afterwards as she with interludes, took the audience through the various business frames and modus operandi of the company. Her presentation covered the conception and production Home Furniture products, Office Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets and Sanitary Wares.
She put the dealers through the challenges of the company in delivering her mantra to “make life better” for her consumers and Nigerians, and counter-measures put in place by the company to ensure no stone is left unturned in delivering her mantra. There were raffle draws and quick quizzing question and answers sessions where dealers were rewarded with gift packs and throw pillows, with the ultimate giveaway prize being a hand massage equipment. The meeting ended with a question and answer segment where dealers and business partners of Lifemate furniture, registered their displeasure at certain aspects of services rendered and all was dully attended and responded to by Lifemate Nigeria Head, Channels Department, Mr. Rogers. The event also had ridiculously low prices on selected furniture products for dealers to part away with.
The event ended with a trip to the Lifemate production plan situated in Mowe, Ogun State where dealers where treated to a sightseeing of the production plant, the ongoing expansion plan and the equipment on ground with which Lifemate furniture products are being produced as well as their processes. In the words of a franchise dealer with Lifemate furniture, Mr. Ezinwa from Enugu State who gave a speech on behalf of the dealers present, he thanked Lifemate furniture for her commitment to production of quality furniture products, how the company has continually supported and helped his business from first allowing him the opportunity to be a better person than he was some years ago before he had an encounter with the company.
